These are trite and overused statements used by almost anyone in business. They are meant to sound as if they were original or unique.  How can you really tell if one business is any better, worse, or different from any other?  The answer is you can’t, based upon platitudes like these.

 

The real answer to this dilemma may be found by talking directly to the clients of a company, just like we do each and every time we serve one. 

 

A company’s clients issue the report card, and only they are qualified to call a company number 1, or the best!
