A: Before we can give you a price, we need to determine what your problem is. And by the way, we do not charge by the hour or give misleading prices over the phone.
Our exhaustive research has determined the average time and materials involved in affecting every conceivable repair. So once your problem is identified, we then know everything that is required for your repair. The same goes for upgrading or installing new equipment.
Once we determine your problem, we will offer a fixed, flat rate for your repair. There are no unpleasant surprises! Even if it takes us longer than anticipated, your quoted flat rate does not change. ![]() |

Q: How fast can you get here?
A: Well, we don’t have a transporter room and can’t beam up to you, but depending on your location, we generally arrive between 15 and 55 minutes, once our service truck is dispatched.
