Burton installation and repair technicians perform their services in accordance with the strictest standards for the Plumbing & HVAC industry, anywhere in the United States.  We are certified and in full compliance with the 2008-2009 Oath of Ethics & Craftsmanship Consumer Protection Guarantee.

 

Here’s what that means to you.  If you are not completely satisfied with our performance, maintenance or repair services, or the conduct of any of our staff during the first year after repair or installation, we will refund 100% of the contract amount, up to $300, within 30 days of your request.

Temperatures on new heating & cooling systems will vary no more than 3 degrees from the temperature set on your thermostat.  If this temperature range is not maintained, we will make necessary modifications, repairs, or replacements at no cost to you.

Lemon-Free Guarantee:

 

You are never stuck with a lemon.  We guarantee absolute comfort and peace-of-mind when you invest in a new heating or cooling system.  Just operate your system according to manufacturer’s operating standards, and allow us to maintain it for you. If our new heating or cooling system fails within the first 5 years of ownership, (10 years on our premium systems) we will replace any deficient parts within 48 hours of our diagnosis.  Once again, there is no cost to you.

 

Your Investment Guarantee:

 

You will save money in the long run, when you invest in a new heating or cooling system.  Many of our competitors sell their systems for less by cutting corners and leaving certain important features out of their proposals.  It is important for you to know exactly what you are buying and what the other guys are holding back from you…so be careful when you shop for price only.

 

Our Investment Guarantee states that you will not find a comparable installation anywhere for less.  We’re so confident of this statement, that if, by chance, you find any better price, (on equipment) we will meet and beat the difference by adding an additional $50.
