The Burton crew dispatched to our residence to trouble shoot, locate and repair our broken ceramic tile.

 

They were professional, courteous, and technically proficient.  The coordination of the city and construction crews was timely and very smooth.

 

The Burton supervisor informed us of any delays, logistics or coordination problems encountered during all stages of the operation.

 

The backhoe operator was especially skilled.  In a critical distance situation to a 54 inch water main, the backhoe operator would flawlessly shave inches of soil away at a time. The assistant that communicated with the backhoe operator from within the pit was exceptional.

 

The last item was the work done in the basement where the removal of a rusted “Y” connection was accomplished. This young man worked almost straight through for about 9 hours.

 

The repair work was excellent and we are satisfied with your company and services.

A Wet October

 

“In the beginning of October, a six-inch water main belonging to the Metropolitan Utilities District ruptured.
